AiMS Environmental evolved as a partnership,
having been founded in 1993 with the subsequent establishment of
Markham offices in 1995. It has since grown with a full staff of
engineers, hydrogeologists, and environmental field technicians.
AiMS holds a Certificate of Authorization
from Professional Engineers Ontario to offer engineering
services to you.
Collectively, AiMS
principals combine over 50 years of experience and expertise in
the fields of geo-environmental, chemical, and industrial
engineering. Our engineers have been actively involved in
performing Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)
and Site Remediation for real estate transactions and property
redevelopment in accordance with the Canadian Standards
Association CSA Z768-01 guidelines and Canada Mortgage
and Housing Corporation's (CMHC) policy for environmental
risk management.
AiMS has an exemplary
track record, credibility, and respect among professional peers
and clients. AiMS principals are also
individually licensed to practice professional engineering in
the Province of Ontario, and the States of Ohio and Michigan,

experience, specializing in geo-environmental and geotechnical
engineering.
Mohamed specializes in transactions involving
brownfields and contaminated real estate.
He has overseen
numerous site cleanups and acted as an expert witness for brownfield
property disputes.

Sidney is a designated consulting engineer and specialist in laboratory
analysis, with more than 25 years experience.
Previously a senior
engineer with Peto MacCallum Ltd., environmental engineer with
J.T. Donald Consultants Ltd., and environmental chemist with
Ontario Hydro.
Sidney is a member of the Association
of the Chemical Profession of Ontario.

Forry is a designated consulting engineer and specialist in laboratory
analysis, with more than 25 years experience in geotechnical and
environmental engineering, and currently a Project Manager in the Phase
II ESA department.
Previously a senior consultant with
Soil-Eng Ltd. and a geotechnical engineer with J.T. Donald
Consultants Ltd.
Forry is also a designated Qualified Person
to perform environmental site assessments.

Helen is a Project Manager in the Phase I ESA department, with four
years experience conducting Phase I and II Environmental Site
Assessments, as well as abandoned heating oil underground storage tank
removals.
She has previously dedicated herself to the TD
